Bringing the Philippines to Australia is both true for Globalista Janine and her chosen Culinary career.

Before establishing her own string of restaurants in Gold Coast Australia, Janine went to the Greater Blue Mountains of New South Wales to work as Pastry Commis at the luxurious Emirates One & Only Wolgan Valley (now the first Ritz-Carlton Lodge). Insisting on nothing but 5-star, she then ventured towards Sofitel Goldcoast Broadbeach. Here she became Demi Chef.

With both these experiences, plus her world-class education at Global Academy, she gained high capabilities of putting up her own not one, but THREE food establishments in the Gold Coast! One captures the cultural hobby of Australia Studio Cafe Co.), and two others celebrate Filipino heritage food (Usok Filipino Grill and Noypi Halo Halo).

Janine’s Passion, Reliability, Integrity, Commitment, and pursuits of Excellence continue to oil her artistry. Her drive to achieve more is powered by the confidence that she has been trained and disciplined in the Academy she wisely chose.
