Chef Cho’s almost 7 years at Global Academy was a consistent rise in rank and responsibilities. He describes the teamwork between him and Global Academy as that which is pronounced within the challenges of the job. “It is important for me to choose my priorities at work and ensure that nothing falls through the cracks.
