Globalista Sidney Ferraris had his heart set on working abroad when he pursued Professional Culinary, Baking and Pastry Arts courses at Global Academy. Armed with world-class training and disciplines, he started his career as a Commis at Dusit Thani Hotel, Makati.
He continued to exude the significant Pinoy mark of excellence and reliability and now storms the kitchens of the Middle East. His chops recognized, he is now Senior Chef of Concrete - one of Prime Food Co.’s chain of restaurants in Kuwait.
