Angelo Santos rose up the kitchen ranks and achieved important positions in the Philippines and Europe after finishing his Professional Culinary and Baking and Pastry Arts course at Global Academy.
Being in command of multiple kitchens came as no surprise to his Chef Instructors, having excelled in his studies. Today he still handles varied kitchens, those from the ground up or for further development by being a Food and Beverage consultant. These establishments are blessed by Chef Angelo’s kitchen experience and his world-class training and disciplines from Global Academy.
