Billy Ong had his career target at heart when he chose to equip himself with the skills and disciplines to achieve it. His starting point - world class Culinary, Baking, and Pastry, and Modern Cuisine education from Global Academy.
After graduation, he immersed himself in two different kitchen cultures - Mama Lou’s, born out of a modest kitchen in a family home and JW Marriot Hotel in Texas, USA. Both experiences chiseled his chops and propelled him to live his dream today, back home, as Chef Proprietor of Toss Eat in Cavite city.
