Chef Rae de Galicia’s Culinary trail is a sensible sequence to his present profession as Chef Partner of Bistro Jardin in Las Piñas, Philippines.
From his homeland Philippines, he fulfilled significant roles as Culinary and Pastry Sous Chef in two diverse kitchens with high ratings in Finland and Australia.
Having conquered foreign terrain, he went full circle and came back to his homeland to establish his very own restaurant, borne of his world-class Culinary and Baking education at Global Academy and his global kitchen experience.
