The Antonio’s Group of Restaurants has another Globalista gem in its kitchens - Paulo Bayani, a Professional Culinary, Baking and Pastry Arts alumnus!
After finishing his apprenticeship at the 3-Michelin Star Maaemo, in Oslo, Norway, back home he went, working with renowned Chef Josh Boutwood and heading the Culinary team of Lowbrow Casual Restaurants.
Today, his creativity, world-class training and disciplines at Global Academy, and significant kitchen experiences, continue to oil the gears of Antonio’s.
