Globalista Paul Christian Decena set his eyes on immersing on a dynamic Culinary experience to bring back to his home country. Setting up his own catering services shortly after finishing his Professional Culinary Arts course, he established his very own Decena’s Catering Services.
He then ventured into the kitchens of Europe, second in kitchen command (Sous Chef), at the Icelandair/Berjaya Hotel in Iceland. The hotel prides itself with its insistence on fresh ingredients, interesting flavors, and bold presentations.

Today, he brings home his world-class education from Global Academy and his immersion into the exhilarating kitchens of The Land of Fire and Ice as he establishes his very own Filipino and Japanese fusion restaurant Manong Sushi in Las Piñas, and Matur Buffet in Santa Rosa, Laguna which offers a Filipino, American, Korean, Chinese, and Mexican spread.
