Chef David is a Professional Culinary Arts and Modern Cuisine 2016 alumni. After being in the kitchen team of 5-star hotels in Manila and an international Cruise ship based in Miami, Florida, he now heads the food preparations at Gordon Ramsay Bar and Grill at the Newport World Resorts in Manila.
