Globalista Paolo went full-on with the pursuit of his dreams starting with his chosen course at Global Academy - Professional Culinary, Baking and Pastry Arts and International Cuisines!


His Culinary journey is a revelation of his will to equip himself with world-class education at Global Academy. Off to Aspen, Colorado he went as Chef de Partie of Westin Snowmass, famous for its luxurious accommodations and all-day multi-specialty restaurants. 


Back-to-base he went as Sous Chef of the Philippine National Defense department’s training school. Today, he is the Sous Chef of Tamborine Mountain Glades in Australia, where adventurous guests savor the gifts of nature and the culinary creations of gifted Culinary talents.
