Chef Patron Josef had solid ground when he built his very own Lunico Restaurant in Bataan, Philippines. The outstanding training and disciplines he acquired from Global Academy deemed him equipped for the professional kitchens of the world’s most popular cruise line - Carnival Cruise Line. 

On land, he mastered his chops at highly-rated restaurants in Australia.

Chef Josef blazes on with the commitment to his arts that refuses to fizzle out, with joy and pride for his beginnings and adventures. He continues to look forward to where his passions may yet bring him.
