FILL-IN THE SURVEY AND APPLICATION FORM

• Click "Application Form" button and choose the type of survey according to your course ("Regular, Blended, Pure Online")
• Complete the Application Form
• Application Form
• All fields should be filled-in (For non-applicable items, fill-in with "Not Applicable" or "N/A")
• The application fee of Php2,850 is deductible from the tuition fee)

ASSESSMENTS

• Click the Assessment tab (left portion of the screen)
• Take the Online Test
• A Global Academy Brand Ambassador will contact you after you have accomplished the Survey Form, Application Form and Assessments
