Globalista Lexie Villa took the kitchens of the East and West coasts of the USA by storm!
After a year at Nobu in City of Dreams, Manila, she flew to New York City to work at The Mark by Chef Jean Georges, one of the most famous, most celebrated Chefs in the world.
Up the ranks Lexie climbed from there to Los Gatos, California’s Manresa restaurant, reviewed as “Such high art and craft. Stunning food and pairings.”.
Today, she is second in kitchen command for Nobu in Miami, Florida.
What a journey for this young talent since her graduation from Professional Culinary, Baking and Pastry Arts, and Cuisines and Modern Cooking at Global Academy! No this, is what world-class yields!
