Globalista Alfred was given the Presidential Award from Les Toques Blanches International and won Bronze and Silver medals at Australian culinary competitions.
He moved on professionally as Commis and Private Villa Chef of two of the most exclusive island paradises in the world - Balesin Island Club and Amanpulo.
Today he is Sous Chef of The Carlton Hotel in Melbourne, Australia.
At the very root of all these, fueled by passion and commitment to the arts, is his world-class Professional Culinary, Baking and Pastry Arts education at Global Academy.
