The Philippine Culinary Cup (PCC) is a prestigious Culinary competition judged by some of the globe’s most-admired, seasoned, and respected Chefs.

In its first year, the PCC had no separate category for professional and non-professional contenders. Global Academy’s Kim Solejon won Best Chef, besting Chefs and Culinary students worldwide.

Two Chef Instructors coveted the Chef of the Year title in the next PCCs, one of them Chef Instructor Gerhard Gendrano in 2017.

In August 2024, Global Academy Alumnus Maverick Javier won the title.

Global Academy is also the first 3-Time Overall Champion in this important competition.
