At this year’s Philippine Culinary Cup, Chef Albert Famularcano, Chef de Partie of Conrad Hotel, Manila, competed and won a Silver medal in the Dream Team Category.

From ideation to test runs to competition proper, he put his heart and soul and set his eye on representing Conrad Hotel  and all that it stands for. 

Chef Albert is a Global Academy alumnus.

He finished his Professional Culinary Arts course in 2015 and to this day, is a Proud Globalista.
