Right after finishing his Global Academy Culinary, Baking, and Modern Cooking course, Chef Richard was a Marriott Hotel Commis, rising from this rank to Chef de Partie. With his participation at the recent PCC, he looked back to his alma mater and took pride in his roots of world-class training and disciplines in his chosen arts.

The results were golden - two Golds in US Lamb and US Beef categories and the Highest Gold in the Dream Team Challenge.
