2012 was noteworthy for Globalista Camille. It was within this year that she finished her Professional Culinary and Baking and Pastry Arts course at Global Academy, and won a Gold Medal in the Young Chefs Team Challenge of the Philippine Culinary Cup.


Chef Camille kept her momentum since then. She became Commis at Brasserie CiÇoua and some years after, established her own food catering business - The Butter Half. Today she is the Owner-Baker of Kamaila Panaderya Artisanal Sourdough Breads.
