Right after finishing his Professional Culinary, Baking and Pastry Arts, and International and Modern Cuisine Course, Globalista Julo was chosen to be a kitchen assistant at the Madrid Fusion Manila. This occasion is the most prestigious Spanish gastronomy congress, bringing together the most important and innovative chefs. Needless to say, the hands within all its culinary processes should be none less than reliable and outstanding.
Chef Julo then ventured into his own Juel’s Kitchen, then was given the Executive Chef position at Aresi in Subic Bay. After his stint at Jean Georges’ The Mark in New York, he now brings his everyday kitchen passions and world-class skills in Saskatchewan, Canada.
Like his co-Globalistas, this Chef literally went places. He combines his passion and excellence to bring creative, delicious food to the world, equipped with world-class Culinary and Baking education and disciplines from Global Academy.
