Exploring what is out there, and being part of its dynamism and mobility is what brought Globalista John to Global Academy. After finishing his Professional Culinary, Baking and Pastry Arts, and Modern Cuisine Course, with Internship with Chef Chele’s molecular cooking techniques, his journey began.
“What is out there” was a hotel in Aspen that specialized in American bistro fare with an Italian spin. Then Chef Josh Boutwood’s The Test Kitchen, where the dynamism of time is the guiding principle in its cuisine. Today he joins the vigor-powered kitchen team of the nightlife district of Poblacion.
Indeed, this Globalista devised his path towards the future he saw, beginning with world-class education from Global Academy.
