This alumnus is the proud owner of Sushi Shokunin, a restaurant he opened in 2020.

After finishing his Professional Culinary Arts Course in 2013, he did the rounds of professional kitchens in Dubai, immersing in the dynamic and demanding patrons of diverse food institutions.

He then brought home this exposure and chiseling of skills, techniques, and diversification and built his own restaurant.
