Two Globalistas, classmates at Global Academy, have etched a significant mark where one of the world’s most dynamic, innovative, and iconic Culinary scenes thrive - Europe!


At Bistro Grad Štanjel in a medieval town and castle in Slovenia, Chefs Natasia Marie Batic and James Baylon are Sous Chef and Assistant Sous Chef respectively. Within their stay, the Bistro was given two noteworthy awards:


The Michelin Bib Gourmand - given by the Michelin Guide for high-quality, delicious three-course meals at reasonable, affordable price, and, The prestigious Gault and Millau 3 Toques rating which signifies a high-level restaurant with a rating of 15 to 16.5 points out of 20, in recognition of established artistic Culinary skill.
