He kicked-off his California Culinary career as second in kitchen command - Sous Chef at the lakeside restaurant Silver Trumpet in Costa Mesa. He then rose to the challenge of the diversities of Italian Cuisine as Sous Chef of Bistro at Santa Monica.


From this time forward there was nowhere to go but up for Chef Vincent! 


He became first in command as Executive Chef of the on-campus dining at El Camino College. Today, he maintains this position, this time as Executive Chef of the First Class Lounge of the Virgin Atlantic - the largest, most successful transatlantic tour operator and market leader for travel to the USA and the Caribbean.
